Did anybody used IMG Global Medical Insurance for parents? How is their service about availability of providers and claim processing.
They are suggesting that people above 60 years old multiple deductible plans. For $2500 deductible and $100,000 max premium is $1300.00 for 6 months.

74K EB-3 applications and 70K EB-2 application you are saying it is too good to be true ?? With 3300 Green Card numbers in each category, you are looking at 22 Years for EB3 and about 17 years wait for EB-2. Also probaly you did not download the file, It is from Sen. John Kyle of AZ.
In my view, it is too good to be true. But we have no way to challenge the numbers either. But it is 50% of the entire EB pending cases. Is this document authentic?? I don't see the logo on the letterhead??

Thank you for the reply. When you say that if I go with Company A that there will be more scrutiny, do you mean they will check the vailidity of the offer and their ability to pay? I work for a Govt. Agency(Company C), they will give me an EVL but I am not sure if they will specify "in accordance with I140". I am actually doing the same job, same place, before as a contractor(Company A) and now as an Employee(Company C).
This is what you could do. Take the updated EVL letter from your HR/ Supervisor. Attach latest paystubs as additional proof. Now for duties if the EVL does not contain this info then attach a copy of job posting advertisement that was issued when you were hired. Every govt job needs to be advertised. It can be in papers or their own website. Then get the lawyer to draft the AC21 letter and to point out the similarities between this job and your labor.

I think SKIL bill is our only hope. Unlike CIR, it looks like this bill has been introduced in both the houses which is a good sign. This bill has more number of sponsers from the House than in the Senate. That's another good sign.

We all are here to make someone rich(employers, local businesses). So if you can make polititians rich, they will do something for you!

However, I will dissect the above post line by line to pinpoint exactly why some people completely deserve the treatment that they get. I know some people came here on H1b last year and were able to get EAD. For them it's OK to wait on h1b and keep the EID in safe locker.
But for those who have been here on H1b for long time with many 1 year extensions, it's good idea to use EAD and make as much money you can or at least try to make. If some thing happens to GC application, I don't think we will have enough time and patience to apply once again and wait for the GC.
If you use EAD and make enogh money by the time GC rejected, go back to home country and take early retirement instead of re-appalying for GC and praying the GOD.

I have 4 H1 cases in my portfolio. All 4 H1's are from different companies. The first H1 case is from the year 2000. I have never received any such notice in the past. So this is really something new.

Please do update us if any of you or your respective attorneys have received the notice from USCIS. I am in touch with the attorney of my previous company and hope to have something next week. Will keep you posted but looks like USCIS has started this exercise only recently as we have not seen this kind of posts in the past or as SmartBoy mentioned, many of us might not have created a portfolio to check the status of all the approvals we received so far on our immigration journey.

My PD is Nov 2004 (EB3 India). My 140 has not been approved yet. Also, I do not plan to use EAD so issues thereby are out of question. My only worry is can I keep renewing H1B while my 485 has not been approved. My attorney says NO. He says that you can apply for H1B extensions after 6 years only if you have not been able to apply for 485.
However based on your responses, it looks like I will have to validate this with some other lawyer to make sure if I can keep extending my H1B so I can maintain my wife's H4 status.
